cerveceria 100 montaditos

100 Montaditos isn't really a cerveceria so much as it's a super-sick-late-night-sandwich spot- oh, and it's super super cheap- like freakishly cheap. I'm a fan of cheap food, I don't get grossed out by making a quick U-Turn on Calle Ocho for a hole-in-the-wall Mexican place, but what's really great about 100 Montaditos is that it's not the type of cheap food you wonder if you'll get food poisoning from (ahem, Monty's Raw Bar oysters). We're talking tiny jamon serrano and manchego sandwiches on fresh bread for no more than three bucks.

100 Montaditos is authentic Spanish, like seriosly. My bff just got back from studying in Spain and was having PTS flashbacks while we were eating there. She was all like "OMG I feel like I'm in Spain- even the decor is the same! The olives are the same! The walls are the same!"She didn't shut up the whole entire time, so I'm going to take her word for it and assume this is basically as authentic as it gets- but it's even better because a euro special is a dollar here- hooray for the demise of the American dollar.

Get a tinto de verano, some olives, and two or three montaditos and late night dining in Miami just got cheaper, better, and food poisoning free.
