flamingo finds, modern silver tea set

a super nice modern tea set found at the reliably shady Flamingo Plaza in Hialeah. Oh - and the tray too! My handy, dandy boyfriend sanded down the wooden sides a bit and gave them the tiny bit of love they needed. I also cleaned the tea set with silver cleaner and that did wonders, but I took this quick pic before that process. 

The moral of the story? Don't be scared of the often times freaky deaky Flamingo Plaza, and look past small blemishes or pieces with "good bones" that just need a little DIY vision.
