park it in kennedy park

if I was to make a list of things that I'm interested in right now it would start with cheese trays and end with champagne in a can - so yesterday, the first nice day of the year, what a day spent indulging these interests at Kennedy Park. I attended a picnic in the park where the food ranged from croquetas to grouper sandwiches and Dunkin' Donuts and no cops yelled at us for drinking. Probably because we look more like adults and less like degenerate teenagers, because we are getting to old to be confused for trouble makers. On the flip side, it's getting more hassle-free to drink in public.

Someone said that it was really the first day of Miami summer; the first day that we can comfortably spend time outside. Well said, and cheers to you with my champagne in a can.
