the City of Miami wants to get fruity with you, on June 26 at Legion Park residents of the City can stop by and scoop up fruit trees to plant in their backyards. Nice, huh? Each household, with proper IDs, can pick up to two mango, avocado, lychee, lime or tamarind trees. That's a whole lot of mango salsa, guacamole, lychee martinis and tamarindo juice (awesome for marinading pork, steak, etc) courtesy of the Man.

Pre-registration is encouraged available through your local N.E.T. office or at Legion Park. More information available at 305green.com.
