muy organico

I've spent a lot of time in Ecuador- and as of right now, in a tiny town I've visited, they're killing us on the whole organic thing. They've slapped "organico" signs on all of their agricultural goods that were made without pesticides for ever and ever. Kudos, over here, it's hard to eat organic all the time. So, here's a little list from urbanspoon of Miami-area organic restaurants, cafes, and food stores.

Here's something weird about organic foods. As you start to go to farmer's markets (check out the one on Grand Avenue on Sundays) you'll see vegetables that don't quite look like the homogenous grocery store ones. Why? Because natural food is kind of like natural people, they all look different.
