long live baggy pants

JUST KIDDING, but seriously by law you are allowed to wear your pants below your ass. This doesn't directly have anything to do with Miami, but let's not kid ourselved this is a very serious issue here. if you've got a problem with it (like I do) too bad, so sad, because the courts ruled that it's allowed.
