like art? like walking?

art Walk in Wynwood is every second Saturday of the month, and even though their website literally couldn't be any worse (the 2009 calendar comes up on the home page), and the yelp reviews are more than creepy (review obsessed people making plans to meet up) ... I swear Art Walk is a fun time. It's the type of effort that miami nice is all about; bringing together local businesses, artists, and Saturday-nighters. There's usually free wine at some of the galleries and you have to get there early because it's all over around 10. But you can get dinner in the hood after (maybe make reservations... unless you're going to the Buena Vista Bistro, the official miami nice recommendation... more on that later) and enjoy local art.
